Hi, my name is Rachael. This is my testimony from the times I attended Willow Grace Retreat.
I was going through a lot of different trials at the time, but I decided to go, mostly as a last-minute decision. I drove three hours from Hervey Bay, trusting that God would meet me there as I gathered with His daughters.
Each time, I felt stretched. It wasn’t comfortable being around people, especially with everything I was facing, and I had never been to anything like this before. But I knew I would be surrounded by faith-filled women, daughters of the Most High.
God met my expectancy every time. I was uplifted and encouraged as we gathered in unity and intimacy, all there for one reason: our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the One who brings us together as we hunger for His presence to move among us.
It was a time full of blessings, getting to know the women and hearing their stories. We encouraged and exhorted one another, just as the Word says in Hebrews 10:24–25 and 1 Thessalonians 5:11. I received deep healing, and I witnessed others being healed too, something we all continually need as part of our sanctification journey. We stood together for our families and our nation, learning, sharing, and growing in faith.
I was so strengthened watching these God-fearing women pray. Each time I left with a renewed hunger and boldness to share the goodness of God and to keep praying.
I’m so grateful for the women who served and for the vision and seeds that have been planted. May God continue to water this ministry.
To the women who know the authority that has been given to you, and to every one of you who plays a part in Willow Grace Retreat, you are fierce.
